Christmas with the Michaelis side

Tonight we celebrated Christmas with my Mom's family. My Grandpa and his wife head to Oklahoma for Christmas and my Aunt and Uncle head to Kansas City. We will spend the night as we always have with Mom on Christmas Eve. We had a great assortment of appetizers, yummy dinner and wonderful desserts. The kids had a great time opening presents and getting to play the rest of the night. I will admit it was a little sad not having Laura and her family here we so much enjoy our time together. We look forward to having them with us next year. We have gotten a few updates and looks and sounds like they are all having a wonderful time in Germany, Walter even got to go sledding today! Hope everyone has a wonderful last week before Christmas, looks like ours will be a fun but not to hectic week!
