Justin Bieber

I decided last minute to take Mallory to Kansas City to see Justin Bieber in concert. I had been watching the tickets on Stubhub but thought they were to pricey. Tuesday night we were swimming and I decided to check and see if anyone has lowered the price on the night before the concert and they had. I snagged up two tickets for the floor on the second row. We had a fantastic time, Mallory said this was the best concert ever. Such a fun Mother/Daughter night! Oh and I am finally beginning to hear normal (we were right in front of the floor speakers) the ringing in my ears has stopped. Instant ringing in the ears happens immediately when an entire arena of girls start screaming for Justin Bieber.
Mallory all cute and ready to go.
Mallory designed the back of the shirt last minute and it looked really cute!
So excited to go!!
One of the opening acts.
Jessica Jarrelle the second opening act.
Sean Kingston the third opening act. I must say I really enjoyed his part of the concert.
That is Mallory up on the front row at the concert.
Not sure of this guys name, I will have to ask Mallory and do and update.
Ready to see JB!

FINALLY!!!
This heart was lifted off the stage up over the crowd on the floor.
Up close.
More Justin...
In this song they were all hanging upside down and twisting around, pretty cool.
The backup singers, they were awesome.
Another in the air song.
Go Justin.
Baby!!!!

More Baby.

Goodbye!!

Summer Fun

Since it has been super hot around here lately we have been spending most of our time indoors during the day and then lots of swimming in evenings!
Love it when I get a cute picture of the two of them!
We said goodbye to our good friends and neighbors the Shaffers, they left Friday and are moving back to Atlanta, we will miss them!
Mick got a new pair of goggles, he wanted to be like Big Sis.
Mallory and her swim cap.
Mick is getting to be such a great little swimmer.
We took another trip to Exploration Place, this time we took Daddy!
Sitting patiently while Mick plays.
Having fun building together.
Driving the combine again, boy does Mick love this.
Mallory is the tornado tube. It gets pretty windy!
Mick loves playing in the sand and water table.
Mallory playing the giant version of Operation.
We tested out a new frozen yogurt store, you get to make your own bowl which both kids love and you pay by the ounce. Mick got vanilla with sprinkles.
Mallory got chocolate with sprinkles and M&M's.
The kids have loved getting out a bunch of pillows and blankets and camping out together.
Mick always wants to be just like his Daddy, sooooo cute!

Exploration Place!

Today Mallory suggested we take Mick to Exploration Place, she had just been there with her Dad's family and thought Mick would have fun. I will admit I usually don't like taking Mick to those places by myself because the the time I take the stroller, diaper bag and everything else chasing him all over the place becomes difficult. Mick was fantastic today, he had so much fun and I have to add that he has the best sister every! Mallory was so good to play with him and make sure he saw everything. Such a fun day for the three of us! I have the best kids ever, I love them to death!

Playing at the water table.
Next stop the sand and water table.
Checking out the tornado.
Practicing for the real harvest in Iowa!
Mick loved the Mini train city, he could of stayed in there all day.
We walked in to see the main exhibit "Grossology" we entered and in the next picture you will see why we quickly left.
This lovely lady started talking and scared Mick to death! We had to go to another room.
Mallory and Mick on the teeter totter, it was musical and Mick loved it.
Throwing stuffed animals down the plastic tubes.
Mallory waiting for Mick so patiently.
Riding the horse roller coaster.
Such a handsome firefighter.
Going down the intestine slide. This was in the Grossology exhibit, we entered through the back avoiding the scary lady:-)
Shooting boogers at a nose.

Thanks for such a great day, good idea Mallory!
