Easter Morning At Our house!

Easter morning we woke up to find out that the Easter bunny had visited our house during the night. Mick was very excited to find all the goodies the Easter bunny left for him! We had a wonderful Sunday together!

A Day On The Farm

A couple of weekends ago we headed out to Cheney, KS to visit some good friends that we used to live by in our old neighborhood. They traded in the city life for farm life. Their home was beautiful and we loved all of the land and creatures! We ended up sending about 8 hours out there and everyone had a fantastic time! Smith family thanks for having us!!

They mail ordered baby ducks for their ponds and also got 12 chicks!

This is Tonto. I purchased Tonto at an auction the summer of 2006, one month later I found out Mick was on his way into our world and Lauren's family bought Tonto!

Meet Toby

On Tuesday April 12th I was out East purchasing a new washer and dryer. I didn't have the kids with me so I thought it would be a perfect time to see the new humane society without being asked a million times if we could get a new pet! The new place is amazing, much nicer than the old humane society. As I was walking around I found Toby, he was 6 years old and had been there several weeks. A woman that worked there told me how wonderful he was but I didn't have a visit with him. After talking with Chris and realizing this might be the perfect dog for us I took Mallory back that evening. He was even better in person, so kind, gentle, perfect. We left that night and went home and decided to put a hold on Toby and give him a try! We feel very lucky to of found him!!

He is so calm even Mick can walk him on the leash and not get dragged around!

More Volleyball!!!

As I attempt to get caught up I realized I had more volleyball pictures from the next weekend! I promise I WILL get caught up!! I appreciate the three of you who left comments that you enjoy our blog!

Volleyball

This year has been a year of sports for Mallory. She has never been to interested in playing anything other than tennis until this year. These are a few pictures from her first volleyball game. She doesn't love the team she is on but she is a great player and we hope she continues next year. I always enjoy watching her play. Also I get suck a kick out of the sock, Mallory is in such an anti pink mode that wearing these sock about KILL her, lol! The entire team wears matching socks and all three pair are pink, she says she is burning them when the season is over!

Serving! She has a fantastic serve and usually scores three or four points every time she serves!

To blog or not to.....

Well, this year I have been horrible about keeping up with my blog. I just don't seem to have the time to get pictures uploaded and then write about them. So my question is should I try to continue or not?? I guess you will just have to keep checking back to see what I decide!
